Child Find
The Community Schools of Frankfort (CSF) is responsible for locating, identifying and evaluating all students between the ages of 3, but less than 22 years of age with a suspected disability who reside within the district boundaries. CSF must provide a Free & Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) to all children, including those who meet eligibility in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) & Article 7.
Children who are determined eligible for special education & related services are provided those services at no cost.
