Welch Urban system superintendent was involved in that too if we sat down and Leslie Michael director of my and really lifted out a number of different things that we would like to see you then in the near future and projected out into a couple years dealer provide for one thing that is complete is that our new assistant superintendent Scott Wells is was higher than that was on the one of the first things to do to be able to hire him to replace me and he's been here for couple weeks so far it's been doing a great job with the being able to take all the folders for project second hand me off to him so that's a work in progress but it's also late getting gas got hired at work watch to have him and then in the student she thinks I know we have to but I just mention the three grass but also on this is Miller Leslie Miller director of student achievement and Michelle will work with her Elementary putting together instructional calendar dry sherry this summer so that we can be on on the same page K5 at are both around the truth all three of her Elementary building so we can be on the same page with how to cure Bible curriculum and they did really great work with the great levels this summer and putting that in place and then we have our our new teacher Academy in Mentor program and and so last year we hired about 43 new teachers over over we can go over the course of the year and we have retained 30 32 of them I'm will be coming back this year other there are left early and if so feel like I should be good for kids to be able to ending a lot of that has to do with Salt River schools good also been able to provide different supports for a teacher to myself that's the working Brentwood Academy to get nuts that Leslie Miller Michelle wolf it took on a big brunt of that and then our opening date at that meeting coming out will be open to all employees and pass then me and her teaching staff who want to open that up here Jason team of us to be able to run this district and we want to make sure that we we highlight every you classified certified staff that it takes to be able to run we want to highlight that the great things were doing but we also want to highlight where we want to go so that'll be coming up here on August 2nd so those are just a few things that are in progress and throughout throughout the year of different definitions of that plan that died her either in progress or completed hopefully by noon or green highlights as we go they did not have any board member report I will just say that I sent an email a photo board members if you have any ideas for what you want I already left the school transportation for the legislative session thanks Karen alright living Lots consent agenda Miller members of the board if you will direct your attention to our financial dashboard and we have are unbalanced comparison from last year 2021 and this year you can see there's a difference. lots of little over 4 million dollars and some of that is the go bond that isn't that the account that we will be paying off for our summer asphalt bugs that will get myself some of that Edition isn't doing that.
