CSF BOARD MEETINGS

 

CSF is leveraging the power of the Internet to improve the governance process while saving time, taxpayer dollars, and the environment. The eGovernance initiative is reducing the need for costly methods of compiling, printing, binding, and distributing paper agenda packets by hand. The solution enables the district to maximize the effectiveness of its board meetings with increased transparency, providing a basis for better and more open communication with the public, while increasing productivity and saving dollars annually.
 

The paperless meeting solution, called BoardDocs® LT, is a Web-based service. By making meeting agendas and supporting documents available on the Internet, CSF distributes documents associated with board meetings quickly and efficiently.

Electronic distribution saves time and resources; it also provides public access via CSF’s website to agenda items and other board-related information. This process allows interested parties to review information prior to board meetings. All documents associated with the meeting are automatically archived and can be accessed by meeting date or by using the system’s search feature.

Additionally, BoardDocs LT increases the amount of time board members have to review agenda information, enabling them to better prepare for meetings.
